Hello,
I streamed your game the other day. The menu music was really pleasant, but was pretty swiftly undermined by the use of a commonly used Kevin Macleod song - though I suppose for a free project, it's excusable.
Unfortunately, due to my strict time limit, I didn't really get much of a chance to critique the game since the intro seems to be a bit of a slow burn. I did find the use of a script as the window screen to be a very nice touch, and interacting with the NPCs and determining what the best thing to say to them was compelling.
Anyways, you can watch my stream below. You can use the time stamps to skip to when I start playing your game. Also, I just want to apologize for not informing you about my stream sooner.
I streamed with the dev present, so here are my notes for the record:
For what it was announced to me as (a silly little thing with low effort in a week) was a lot more enjoyable than I expected! I could see this being longer with more polish no problem if that's ever the direction you want to go in.
Really love the mechanics at work here and if you decide to keep it moving I think this game will only get better!
